The Beachwood Schools Foundation (BSF) is a 501(c)3 philanthropic organization administered by a volunteer board of directors from the Beachwood community whose primary mission is to obtain funds from individuals, families and corporations in order to provide scholarships for graduating seniors who are continuing their education. The Foundation's "Above and Beyond" program provides financial support to enhance educational programming within the Beachwood School District.

Beachwood Community PTO is the umbrella organization of Elementary, Middle School and High School Parent Teacher Organizations. Representing parents, teachers and administrators, Community PTO’s mission is to support and speak on behalf of the children in our schools and encourage parent and public involvement. Through fundraising, Community PTO provides student scholarships and teacher grants and funds many special projects and programs.

Diversity Matters in Beachwood is a District-wide organization dedicated to promoting and celebrating diversity in the Beachwood Schools.  Diversity Matters sponsors an annual African-American history celebration, a spaghetti dinner, an annual scholarship for a graduating senior, and many more community initiatives.

Beachwood Boosters serves and supports the Beachwood Schools' athletic community through generous sponsorship of awards, scholarships, donations and special events.

Friends of the Beachwood Orchestra (F.O.B.O.) is a cooperative effort between parent volunteers and the Beachwood School District orchestra staff to help support all orchestra members in grades 4-12.

Beachwood Band Parent Association  (BPA) assists and supports the activities of the band program in grades five through twelve in the Beachwood City School District. The BPA also works on a cooperative basis with the program’s directors, providing funds as necessary to individual students for items and services not funded through the school system, scholarships for individuals and a graduating senior, additional awards to deserving students and volunteer assistance for band activities.

Beachwood PaGES (Partners for Gifted Education and Support) promotes awareness and provides support for Beachwood's gifted children through activities and advocacy on their behalf. We meet regularly on topics of interest to a wide range of student families. Get involved with PaGES as we continue with new ways to learn about, support, strengthen and promote opportunities for Beachwood's exceptional student population.

The Beachwood High School Alumni Association's mission is to promote the good name, image and well-being of Beachwood City Schools, students and alumni; to provide services to the schools, students and alumni; to support and foster communication; and to preserve the schools’ history and tradition.

Dads' Club is a new group with two primary goals: to allow Dads' to help with improving the educational, recreational and social opportunities for the children of the Beachwood School District and to promote good fellowship and a

sense of community among all Dads who participate in our organization and in our events.
