Before & After School Childcare Program:

Our child care program provides an environment where your children are safe and well cared for while you are at work, and where they are able to enjoy fun, creative, and stimulating activities. Our permanent staff are very experienced in working and teaching
children. Our specialty teachers are well trained in their areas of expertise.

Beachwood City Schools Facilities Usage:

If you are interested in using our school facilities you must first determine if you qualify. Please read the Board Policy - Use of District Facilities and Rental Fees before completing the application. Be sure to note Section I:  Special Conditions and Regulations for Use of School Buildings and Grounds regarding liability insurance and hold harmless requirements.

Please complete the Use of School Facilities Form and the Hold Harmless Agreement (please include proof of liability insurance).Once your application is received and reviewed, we will contact you regarding the approval status of your request. Thank you for your interest in our facilities!
